If you would like to participate all you need to do is e-mail the following information to familyheartbook@cox.net :
- Child's entire story
- Up to 5 pictures
- Names of Hospital, Doctors and/or nurses that you want featured in our "Heart Hereos" section
- Family blog or website (this is optional, it's just a way to let other families stay in contact w/ one another!)
Once your story is submitted, we will post your story along with the pictures etc to the blog. You will then recieve an e-mail that it has been completed and for you to visit the blog to review your story for accuracy and/or any changes/corrections.
